First Choice went over and beyond
First Choice Plus went over and beyond to try to reach the manufacturer of my smart toilet and dealing with them directly. Unfortunately, we found out quickly that we weren’t going to get anywhere with the manufacturer about getting a part replaced, so I ended up getting a new smart toilet that is a name brand, so if we do need parts, it’s available. First Choice came, once the new toilet came in, to replace it for us. Michael at First Choice was very helpful and kept in touch throughout the process of that terrible manufacturer. This family-owned company is such an asset to the Port St. Lucie community! I am so pleased with First Choice Plus Plumbing & Air Conditioning! I called late yesterday because we had no hot water and needed a tankless unit replacement. Jacob is an absolute star and really gave me an excellent price and stuck to his estimate. Michael, from First Choice Plus Plumbing and Air, became our preferred plumber today! He was professional, very knowledgeable, and in addition to replacing our water cutoff valve, he removed our reverse osmosis tap water purifier with a new modern system that purifies our tap water and also sends water to our new Whirlpool Refrigerator! We can now purchase a plug for the Whirlpool refrigerator water filter that will eliminate the need for additional water filtration since the new tap water filter purifies the water better than the refrigerator water filter that had to be replaced semi-annually!
