I was informed that he would need to cut and open drywall (which would make any homeowner cringe). After he was done, he made the seams so clean it would make my job patching drywall a breeze. First Choice Plus went over and beyond to try to reach the manufacturer of my smart toilet and dealing with them directly. Unfortunately, we found out quickly that we weren’t going to get anywhere with the manufacturer about getting a part replaced, so I ended up getting a new smart toilet that is a name brand, so if we do need parts, it’s available. First Choice came, once the new toilet came in, to replace it for us. Michael at First Choice was very helpful and kept in touch throughout the process of that terrible manufacturer.
